What we teach
A structured curriculum of 25 named Superpowers — each a practical skill a child can feel, practise and carry. Taught one per session and deepened year on year in a spiral progression, across three mindset domains.
Three mindset domains
Noticing, settling and steadying big feelings — the foundation everything else is built on.
Knowing your worth, speaking up, and showing up as yourself.
Bouncing back, having a go, and growing through challenge.
Curriculum credibility
Relationships & Health Education — including mental wellbeing — is statutory from September 2026, and the strand schools find hardest to resource. We take that pressure off, and evidence it.
All 10 statutory primary Mental Wellbeing outcomes evidenced.
All 6 statutory secondary Mental Wellbeing outcomes — 16 across KS1–KS3.
EYFS: all three PSED Early Learning Goals, covered deeply and repeatedly.
A clear spiral progression — the same Superpowers deepen year on year, exactly as Ofsted expects.
Mapped to both the DfE statutory outcomes and the PSHE Association core themes.
Caring Friendships & Respectful Relationships strengthened across KS1–KS3.
Aligned to UK statutory guidance current at the time of writing (2026); requirements are subject to change as legislation evolves.
Our intellectual property
Our own structure, names and progression — a masterbrand asset shared across every life stage, delivered through the Mindset Mentors Method™.
Every session follows the same six-step journey, landing on a Superpower a child can use straight away.
